Crisis Management

Service Description

Sessions range from 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes in length to address a variety of issues ranging from family conflict, relational issues, emotional distress, life transitions, trauma, self-care through identity formation, anxiety, depression, personal growth, and crisis management. Online therapy is not designed for high acuity clients and as such, if the client needs a higher level of care that can be provided through distance counseling, recommendations will be made. This is for the safety of the client and at the discretion of the counselor.
